Born in September 1976 in Luliang, Shanxi, master's degree, associate professor, master tutor. He received a bachelor's degree from Shanxi Normal University in 2001 and a master's degree from Taiyuan University of Technology in 2010. He is currently the director of the Department of Physical Education of Taiyuan University of Technology, the chairman of the Wushu Research Association of the College of Physical Education of Taiyuan University of Technology of Shanxi Province, and a member of the Shanxi Sports Standardization Technical Committee.
